Project Activities
Agricultural and craft fairs
Conducting of agricultural and craft fairs in Veliko Tarnovo and Craiova as a traditional form of promotion and marketing.
Support for businesses through marketing
The project aims to stimulate entrepreneurship of small and medium-sized businesses in the cross-border region through innovative marketing of local agricultural and craft products.
Tradition and innovation as one
Integrating the tradition with the proposed innovative approach will contribute to wider opportunities and higher efficiency of regional small and medium-sized businesses.
Organization of events
It is planned to organize events with the participation of reference industrial chambers and representative business organizations from the Danube region.
Team and Agenda
By Order No. RD 22-955 / 09.06.2017 the Mayor of the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo has assigned a project management team with regulated obligations and responsibilities, according to the approved project proposal by the MA of the INTERREG V-A Romania-Bulgaria Program 2014-2020.
Through the information system e-MS INTERREG V-A is presented information on the time schedule of costs, their verification and recovery with the “Expense Plan and Recovery Plan” introduced as of 30.09.2017. in MS INTERREG V-A.

FairDeal and innovative business and marketing solutions
Publicly presented at two large farm bazaars – in Veliko Tarnovo and Craiova, Romania
Nearly 40 artists of Veliko Tarnovo presented the richness of Bulgarian crafts in Craiova, Romania. Masters from the Samovodska Charshia in the Old Capital and their colleagues from the whole region participated in a bazaar for craftsmen, held on October 20 and 21 in the Romanian city. In front of the locals, they showed handmade souvenirs, knits, handicrafts and more. The Masters of the Charshia presented traditional crafts, including: carving, cookery, tanning, ceramics, ceramics, etc. With authentic costumes the ladies from the Sadyanka workshop were dressed, who dedicated the visitors to the secrets of embroidering and knitting.
Representatives of businesses and various organizations in Craiova presented their first-ever e-commerce platform for FairDeal craft craft virtual stores.
